Cream Of Wheat Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Cream of Wheat
    2/3 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. Crisco oil
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix with buttermilk very thin.
    (If fixing garlic bread, add 1 tablespoon garlic and 1 small onion.)
    Put 1 tablespoon of Crisco oil in an iron skillet, then sprinkle regular corn meal.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until crust is brown.
