Cream Of Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable oil
    3/4 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2/3 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Coat a large saucepan with vegetable oil.
    Place over medium heat.
    Add mushrooms, green onions and sherry.
    Saute until tender and set aside.
    Melt butter in a medium saucepan, add flour, stir until smooth.
    Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
    Stir in mushroom mixture, chicken bouillon and pepper.
    Cook.
    Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
