One Pot Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. meaty country-style pork ribs
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. butter, margarine or oil
    4 medium potatoes, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. each: chopped onion and green pepper
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 fresh tomato, diced
    3/4 c. milk
    2 green onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Dust ribs with flour; sprinkle with garlic salt.
    Brown in heated butter in heavy skillet.
    Layer potatoes in a lightly oiled 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, onion and green pepper.
    Pour milk over vegetables; cover with corn.
    Top with browned ribs, covering vegetables in single layer.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove cover; bake 30 minutes or until ribs and potatoes are done.
    Before serving, sprinkle with tomatoes and green onions.
