Herb-Cooked Halibut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. minced green onion tops
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    1 tsp. dried basil
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 lb. halibut or enough for 4
    1 can chicken broth
    1 tsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Take 4 pieces of 12 x 12-inch foil, spray with Pam.
    Lay fish fillet on each.
    Add 1 teaspoon olive oil on top of fish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Spoon 1/2 cup chicken broth around the fish.
    Divide mixture on top of each fillet and seal.
    Put on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
