Dave'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    2 c. sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 onion, chopped (optional)
    grated Cheddar/Monterey Jack cheese
    1 large can French fried onions
Preparation
    Rinse, peel and slice potatoes.
    Boil until tender.
    Drain. Layer potatoes, cheese mixture and 1 large can of French fried onions.
    End with another layer of the same.
    Bake 25 minutes. Brown top onions.
