Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread
    milk (to cover)
    1 small chopped onion
    1 large celery stick, finely chopped
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground turkey
Preparation
    Place bread in mixing bowl and cover with milk; set aside for bread to expand while chopping vegetables.
    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into balls.
    Place in refrigerator to get firm, then roll balls in flour, in small amount of oil. Cover with water. Simmer with lid on until done, approximately 20 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
