Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/3 c. cake flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Mix together all dry ingredients and sift.
    Add oil and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Mix well. At low speed add carrots, pineapple and pecans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool.
