Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, scrambled and fried
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. milk
    2 pie shells (9-inch)
Preparation
    Bake pie shells 5 minutes; set aside.
    Mix sausage that has been fried and drained.
    Mix with remaining ingredients.
    Divide in the 2 pie shells.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
