Never-Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. shortening (1/2 c. butter included)
1 egg
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening (1/2 cup of which is butter).
Beat rest together and mix into flour/shortening.
Divide into 3 or 4 balls.
Chill 1/2 hour.
Lasts 3 weeks in fridge, months if frozen.
