Blueberry Fried Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. blueberries
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Cook until thick. Place 1 tablespoon of filling in center of crust; fold in half and seal edges with fork. Fry in hot oil. Cool. Enjoy.
