Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 c. diced potatoes
    3 c. chicken broth
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. pepper
    dash of paprika
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In large saucepan, melt margarine.
    Add onion and celery and saute.
    Add potatoes and broth.
    Cover and let cook until potatoes are tender.
    In batches puree mixture in blender.
    Return to pan and add milk and seasonings, either add cheese to melt or serve as side dish.
