Sweet Cinnamon Pretzels - cooking recipe

1 envelope dry yeast
1/2 c. warm (110~) water
1/2 c. warm (110~) milk
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. melted butter
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water in bowl; let stand for 5 minutes.
Add milk, sugar, 1/3 cup butter, egg, salt and 2 cups flour; beat until smooth.
Beat in enough remaining flour to make an easily-handled dough.
