Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    5 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Let rise until cup is full.
    Scald milk; cream together butter and sugar, then beaten eggs and salt.
    Add milk with flour and beat after each addition.
    Add yeast and beat well again.
    Turn out on floured board and knead until satiny.
    Place in greased bowl; cover and set in warm place to rise until double in bulk (about 1 to 1 1/2 hours).
    Knead again and cut into rolls.
    Let rise again until ready to bake.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
