Wiener Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. wieners
    6 c. diced potatoes
    3 c. diced carrots
    2 onions
    2 c. diced celery
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    3 pt. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, carrots, onions and celery in saltwater until soft.
    Add milk, sliced wieners and pepper and bring to a boil. Thicken with flour and butter that have been rubbed together to form a smooth paste.
    Serves 8.
