Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef cubes
2 medium onions
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/4 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. cider vinegar
6 Tbsp. ketchup
1 1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. flour
6 oz. noodles
Preparation

Place meat cubes and minced onion into a pot.
Measure 1 cup water in a 2-cup measure.
Add all other ingredients (except 1/2 cup water and flour).
Stir together thoroughly and pour over meat.
Bring to a boil, then simmer several hours until tender.
