Red Pepper Biscuits - cooking recipe

2 c. buttermilk biscuit mix
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 (7 oz.) jar red roasted peppers, drained and patted dry on paper towel and chopped
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

In a medium bowl, stir together biscuit mix, Parmesan cheese, oregano and cayenne. Add roasted peppers and milk to biscuit mixture. Stir just until moistened. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls 2-inches apart onto greased baking sheet.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes in a 425\u00b0 oven or until browned. Yields 1 dozen.
