Grilled Rosemary Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 12 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 Tbsp. dried rosemary
Preparation
    Pound breasts between sheets of plastic until flat.
    Combine remaining ingredients in an unbreakable container with a tight lid that is large enough to hold all the chicken.
    Toss or spread marinade over chicken, coating both sides.
    Refrigerate, tossing occasionally.
    Cook over hot coals or grill for about 2 minutes. Turn and cook another 2 minutes, until done.
