Spanish Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. tomatoes
    1 small chopped onion
    1/4 c. oil
    6 pork chops
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and green peppers in oil until tender.
    Salt and pepper pork chops.
    Brown pork chops in oil.
    Add tomatoes and simmer 35 to 45 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
