Deluxe Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 c. shortening (all or part butter), melted
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    6 to 7 c. enriched flour, sifted
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Bring milk to a boil.
    Add shortening, sugar and salt; cool to lukewarm.
    Sprinkle yeast on warm water.
    After 5 minutes, stir and combine with cooled milk mixture.
    Add about half of the flour.
    Add the beaten eggs.
    Beat well.
    Add enough of the remaining flour to make a soft dough.
    Mix thoroughly.
