Creamy Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked shell macaroni
    3 oz. Neufchatel cheese
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/3 c. chopped green onion
    1 tsp. dried whole basil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento (undrained)
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 lb. crabmeat, flaked
    1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Combine Neufchatel cheese and the next 6 ingredients.
    Coat a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
    Place 1/2 of macaroni in baking dish.
    Sprinkle 1/2 crabmeat over macaroni.
    Spoon 1/2 of cheese mixture over crabmeat.
    Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with shredded Monterey Jack cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese melts.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
