Mock Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

21 Ritz crackers, finely crushed
1 c. sugar
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. pecans, finely chopped

Preparation

Crush crackers and add 1/2 cup sugar and pecans. Beat egg whites and add 1/2 cup sugar.
Mix with other ingredients.
Put in pie plate and bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown.
