Easy Barbecups - cooking recipe

3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
1 (10-oz.) can flaky biscuits
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown beef, stirring to crumble; drain.
Add barbecue sauce and onion; stir well and set aside.
Separate biscuits and place each in muffin cups, pressing up sides.
Spoon meat mixture evenly into biscuit cups.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
