J C'S Salmon Filet Mignon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2/3-inch) Filet Mignon steaks
    dash of garlic salt
    1 tsp. mayonnaise salad dressing
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can skinless/boneless chunk style salmon (in water)
    dash of salt
    2 slices sweet onion, chopped
    2 slices American cheese
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Rinse steaks in cold water; pound slightly.
    Butterfly each steak (cut in half, leaving a \"hinge\" on one side of each). Sprinkle garlic salt on each inside cavity.
