Toasted Peanut Butter Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread, crusts removed
1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation

Cut bread slices into 5 sticks.
Place on cookie sheet.
Toast in preheated 250\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until brown.
Mix peanut butter and oil in top of double boiler and heat, stirring until well blended.
Dip sticks into mixture and roll in graham cracker crumbs.
Let cool on wax paper.
Store, tightly covered.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
