Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 eggs
    1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    6 Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in casserole dish.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Add crumbled Ritz crackers on top for last 10 minutes.
