Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 medium onion, grated
    1 large stalk celery, grated
    1 (10 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. minced green onion
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except green onions in saucepan. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Remove 1 cup of mixture; process in blender and return to saucepan.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Garnish with green onions.
    (If no blender is available, potatoes can be mashed by hand.)
    Contains 48 calories per cup.
