Cranberry Orange Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 (10 oz.) frozen cranberry orange relish, thawed
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation
    In large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder , salt and baking soda.
    Cut in shortening until coarse crumbs. Combine egg, relish, nuts, orange juice and water.
    Add all at once to dry ingredients.
    Stir until moistened.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
