Lo-Cal Pineapple Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice (no sugar)
1 (16 oz.) lo-fat cottage cheese
1 (8 or 9 oz.) lite Cool Whip
1 small box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
Preparation

Put pineapple and cottage cheese in a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Add instant pudding.
Blend until thoroughly mixed.
Pour into a bowl and fold in Cool Whip.
