Switchel(An Old Time Haying Drink) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 gal. water
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. honey
2 drops food coloring

Preparation

Put ingredients in a 1/2 gallon glass container. Place in refrigerator to cool and dissolve. A great thirst quencher.
Works even when it isn't kept cold.
