Mexican Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage (hot)
    1 bag Pepperidge Farm spiced croutons
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    10 eggs
Preparation
    Fry sausage and drain grease; let cool.
    In a bowl, mix the eggs and salt and pepper to taste.
    Lightly grease bottom of 9 x 11-inch pan.
    Cover bottom of pan with croutons.
    Pour over egg mixture.
    Cover the top with cheese; crumble sausage on top. Cover and set in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
