Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, cooked
    1 lb. hamburger or turkey
    dash of red pepper
    1 c. stewed tomatoes
    1 medium onion
    salt to taste
    4 bell peppers
    1 c. Velveeta cheese
    1 1/4 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cut peppers in half and boil 5 minutes.
    Drain and place in baking pan.
    Brown meat; drain and add chopped onion, red pepper, stewed tomatoes, salt and cooked rice.
    Stuff mixture in bell peppers.
    Melt butter; add flour and milk.
    Heat until thick.
    Add cheese and heat until melted.
    Pour over peppers.
    Cover with foil and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
