Corn-Y Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. stone-ground meal (no other kind)
Preparation
    Beat eggs; blend in oil, sour cream and corn.
    Add cornmeal, salt and baking powder.
    Bake in 8-inch pan, greased or sprayed with nonstick vegetable coating, for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Freezes well.
