Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    5 lb. ground venison
    1/2 c. Tender Quick salt
    4 Tbsp. coarse black pepper
    4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. allspice
    4 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    4 Tbsp. mustard seed
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix and let set in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 225\u00b0 for 4 hours in 2-inch rolls.
    Turn 2 or 3 times.
