Grandma'S Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onions
1 green pepper, cut in strips
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 qt. or 1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. uncooked wide noodles
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella slices
Preparation

In Dutch oven, saute onion and green pepper in butter for 3 minutes.
Add lean ground chuck and brown meat, breaking up meat as it cooks.
Add seasoning salt, garlic salt and pepper with sugar.
Stir in whole tomatoes and tomato sauce and water.
Heat mixture to boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
In 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, layer tomato-meat mixture and uncooked wide noodles.
Top with Mozzarella slices.
Make sure noodles are well covered by sauce.
Cover pan with foil and bake in preheated (350\u00b0) oven for 45 minutes.
