Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 large can tomato sauce
3 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook the pinto beans (canned or fresh); simmer.
Brown ground beef and onion; drain all fat off, then add ground beef and onion to pinto beans.
Pour tomato sauce over, stirring real good, then add chili powder.
Let simmer for 20 minutes.
Add salt and pepper.
Serves 8.
