Savory Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. green peppers, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    3 oz. pkg. dried beef
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. sour cream
    4 green onions, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except pecans and butter in mixer.
    Place in 10-inch pie pan.
    Sprinkle with nuts and drizzle melted butter over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Can be made day ahead except for melted butter. Add that at time of cooking.
    Serve warm on party rye.
