Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 1/2 oz. can minced clams
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Chop 1\tteaspoon
of
onion very fine; set aside.
Open the can of
clams
and drain the clam juice into a small bowl. Save 2 tablespoons
of
the
juice
and
mix
in clams, cream cheese, onion
and Worcestershire sauce.
A beater or blender will make the dip smoother.
