Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. diced cooked chicken or more
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1/2 c. slivered almonds
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Mix mayonnaise, water and undiluted soup.
Add chicken, onion, pepper, almonds, rice, salt to taste and chopped eggs.
Place in greased 2 1/2-quart casserole; top with crushed potato chips. Bake 30 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Serves 10.
