Swedish Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
1/4 c. margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. plus Cheez Whiz (I use 1 large jar)
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Cook potatoes, with peels on, until tender, but firm.
Peel and grate potatoes.
Melt margarine.
Add cream of chicken soup, onion and Cheez Whiz.
Remove from heat and add sour cream.
Mix sauce gently into grated potatoes.
Put in baking dish and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Do not add salt!!!
