Hot Cider - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. apple cider
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. fresh orange juice
    1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
    2 sticks cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
    cut up rind of 1 orange
    cut up rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Heat 2 quarts cider with remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Strain into remaining 2 quarts cold cider.
    Serve warm.
