Eileen'S Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck tomatoes
    2 medium onions
    3 large celery stalks
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. salt
    1 c. butter
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Cook the first 3 ingredients until done, then sieve.
    Add the sugar, pepper and salt.
    Melt the butter.
    Add the flour.
    Add tomato mixture and cook for 10 minutes.
    May be frozen in individual servings or put in jars and processed.
