No Peek Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cubed beef
    6 potatoes, cubed
    6 carrots, cubed
    1 onion, diced
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can tomatoes or 1 qt. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 to 2 c. beef broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Layer ingredients in Dutch oven.
    Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Do not peek.
