Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 apples, peeled and cored
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Put peeled and cored apples in 2-quart baking dish.
    Add 1/2 cup water and lemon juice.
    Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon.
    Cut butter into dry ingredients with a pastry blender.
    Sprinkle over apples.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until apples are tender and top is brown.
