Low-Fat White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) skim evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    basil to taste
    pepper to taste
    Parmesan (for cheese sauce)
Preparation
    Cook evaporated milk until hot.
    Add flour.
    Cook over medium heat until desired consistency.
    Add garlic, basil and pepper to taste.
