Baked Cornish Hens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 to 1 1/4 lb.) cornish hens, thawed and split
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix oil and spices, rub on hens.
    Place skin side up on lightly greased shallow baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 4.
