Grilled Steak With Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. sirloin steak (1 1/2-inches thick)
    1 1/2 c. Burgundy
    2 Tbsp. oil
    6 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Brush steak on both sides with oil.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
    Place on rack in broiler pan.
    Broil 4-inches from heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or to desired taste. Place on heated serving platter; cover loosely with foil.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Slice across grain.
