Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. confectioners sugar
3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa (if making chocolate fudge)

Preparation

Dump all ingredients into ovenproof casserole bowl. Microwave on High for 2 minutes; beat with wooden spoon. Pour into buttered 8 x 8-inch dish. Chill.
