Ore-Ida Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. hash brown potatoes, frozen, uncooked
1 can mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 chopped onion, cooked
2 cubes sharp shredded cheese
1 stick butter
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation

Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, onion and cheese in large casserole dish.
Melt butter, crackers (crumbled) and stuffing mix together and put on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
