Lucille'S Cherry Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
    1 can sour cherries
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Heat cherries and pineapple juice to boiling.
    Add Jell-O and sugar.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add pineapple and nuts.
    Chill until firm.
