Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly and add sugar and flour. Then add melted margarine and mix well. Add buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325\u00b0 until custard is set.
